One Hour - One Intention
More events are being imagined and co-created for 2025 and 2026. Please check back for updates.
"One Hour-One Intention” was created in September, 2025 during a moment of upset about how I was perceiving the outer world. I asked Spirit for guidance – “what can I do to help myself to be more positive right now”?
The answer was “be peace”. And also to use my voice and my presence to create a safe space for others to come together. The “One Hour-One Intention” concept dropped in next. For one hour, have one intention and focus only on that. Just for an hour – be peace, be love, be calm etc. These ideas then created the possibility of facilitating a community gathering which could include meditation focusing on peace, within, and sending peace out to the entire world. In addition, other experiential modalities such as sound healing, energy healing and clearing etc could be included with the one hour process.
And thank you to everyone who has or will attend one of these transformational community gatherings. Our intentions truly affect our inner worlds and the outer world too.

One Hour – One Intention featuring a guided meditation experience

Join us for a FREE transformative experience of unity and tranquility.
This community gathering is designed to help you find peace within yourself and then extend that peace (and gratitude) to the world around you. Join with others to amplify the vibration of gratitude and send it out to the whole planet.
An optional potluck follows the event- bring a dish to share!
This is a FREE event and it is limited to 12 participants (by RSVP).

Cheryl Peterson of Step Inside Hypnotherapy will lead a centering and grounding guided meditation. You will be invited to gently release tension and open to feelings of peace and gratitude, resting in a state of deep inner calm and harmony.
Jen Tomas of Silver Owl Healing Arts will lead a silent meditation and reflection. The group will be invited to anchor in gratitude and then radiate that energy outward to the world — accompanied by soft, healing sound vibrations (Koshi chime and 528 Hz tuning fork).
We’ll close with an optional sharing circle to honor the insights and connection we’ve cultivated together.
Bring your open heart and anything you need to be comfortable as we embark on this journey together.
If you plan to stay for the potluck please bring a dish to share!
Chairs will be provided. No prior meditation experience necessary.
