Jen Tomas, RMT and Ryan
Griffith, RMT are teaming up to teach this Ancient form of Healing.
Participants will learn the Origins of Reiki, Principles and Ethics, Clearing Negativity and Healing of the Mental and Emotional bodies. Other possible topics include Inner Child Healing, Psychic Protection, Chakra balancing and Meditation.
Each participant will receive an attunement and certification in Level One Reiki (Usui tradition) along with an opportunity for “hands-on” practice.

Inside the pyramid will be a synchro-energizer, operated by Barbara Ungar. It is a mind machine invented to help people see auras. The synchro-energizer enables you to experience a kalidoscopic array of patterns and colors created by your mind, by manipulating brightness and speed. Benefits includes stress reduction, deep relaxation, and enhanced creativity.

The Chakra Tuning Forks
Specially designed tuning forks help bring each chakra and one's overall energy system and aura into balance. When the tone of each chakra is sounded, the body and energy centers shift to become harmonious, thus restoring the optimal frequency and vibration of each chakra. Jen Tomas will be offering mini sound healing opportunities while you relax in the gallery and will be playing the tuning forks during the Deeksha blessings.

Deeksha (Oneness Blessing)

Deeksha (Oneness Blessing) is an ancient word derived from the Sanskrit language that refers to a “benediction” or a “gift”, or having to do with the notion of “transfer”—in short, the receipt of a gift from the Divine, from God, from the Higher Self, which fuels the awakening process. Deeksha is a transfer of divine, intelligent energy. The process works by creating a neurobiological shift in the brain and awakening the energy centers in the body. It is a Blessing from the Divine that works to activate the kundalini, balance the chakras, and serves to intelligently guide the recipient on an individual, unique journey into higher states of consciousness, and ultimately into the state of Oneness itself.
Jen Tomas, owner of Silver Owl Healing Arts, is a Reiki Master and intuitive healing guide. Valency's Body Prayers guide people to deepen their relationship with source by embodying inspirational messages.
Her Body Prayers are created by collaborating with talented inspirational musicians and DJs whose music compliments the theme/message. She then uses it in conjunction with intentional movements that in turn allows the participant to have a physical experience of the message.
Valency has a depth and breadth of knowledge in a number of fields including Teaching, Dance, Somatic and Energetic Arts, Program Coordination, and Mediation. She is a Certified Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Integral Movement Facilitator. Valency's cumulative life experiences, education and extensive travels have inspired her to facilitate powerfully transformational movement classes and workshops that bring clarity to the interconnectedness of the body-mind-spirit relationship. Valency currently directs and produces the movement for the Red Door.

Rick holds a bachelor of music degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston. For thirty-five years he has passionately pursued a music career, performing, composing, recording, and teaching.
He's played with notable jazz and pop music players and occasionally tours with some well known kirtan artists. Associated as a musician with the Dances of Universal Peace for eighteen years, he played hundreds of events here and abroad.
His epic cd "Bounced Off Water" is available through itunes, CD Baby, or through the website www.bouncedoffwater.com.
Rick is also a c.m.t., has trained as a coach through Conscious Company and is a practitioner of The Journey.
Lately on a country music kick, His newest song "It don't mean a thang if it ain't got that twang." has yet to climb the charts.
Actually, it ain't been writ yet. But, as he similarly reassures his students: "It's comin."
